Put AI in your clients' apps under your own name.

Clients now ask where the AI is in every proposal, and the ones in finance and healthcare also ask where their data goes. We build modules you can drop into the apps you already deliver — document reading, reply drafting with a human check, summaries in English, Telugu and Hindi — that deploy in your client's cloud and come with their own test reports.

Where the hours go

  • Scoping an AI feature for a client when nobody on the team has evaluated one before.
  • A bank client's security questionnaire eating a senior engineer's week.
  • Releases waiting on the two people who review all the code.
  • Clients who want AI and won't let their data leave their cloud.

What we've built for Software agencies

Harbor Wealth's investor-services portal on a wide screen, under a slim preview bar (Private AI Module Kit, Client portal preview, Synthetic data, the client's brand to preview, Demo controls): a deep teal sidebar with Documents, Inbox and Reviews and the signed-in officer, Aatmaj Bandopadhyay, and a table of five statements received, three as statement files and two as phone photos, none read yet.Real screen

What unbilled extra hours and late changes take out of a project's revenue and margin.

What else is possible

We haven't built these, but we would, for the right firm:

  • An assistant over your own delivery history that answers "which past project solved something like this, and who worked on it?"

Where we'd tell you not to use AI

Features where a rule would do. If a client wants AI to decide something a condition can decide, we'll say so, and you'll look good for it.

The rules you work under

You inherit your clients' obligations — RBI's outsourcing and IT directions for lenders, insurance regulators' rules for insurers, HIPAA for US healthcare — and your contracts pass them down to you. Our modules run inside the client's environment, keep an audit log in their database, and ship with the documents a vendor review will ask for.

How it runs for you

In your client's cloud or on their servers, packaged as containers with a REST API and a small JavaScript SDK. Laravel and Next.js examples included.

Security and compliance

Three ways to work together: modules you resell under your brand, with a revenue share of 20 to 30 percent agreed per client; subcontracted builds behind your name; or training your team to build and evaluate these tools themselves. Partner terms

Start with an audit (from $3,500) or go straight to a pilot (from $15,000)
