Every loan pack checked before the money moves.

RBI now expects lenders to answer for their partners, their models and their key fact statements, and the work of proving it lands on credit operations and compliance teams who are already stretched. We build tools that check documents against each other, collect partner evidence as it happens, and answer staff questions from the current rulebook, all on infrastructure you control.

Where the hours go

  • Checking the key fact statement, sanction letter and agreement for the same rate, by eye.
  • Chasing lending partners for consent records the week before an audit.
  • Compliance answering the same questions about the same directions every week.
  • Preparing for the model-governance questions RBI's FREE-AI framework has signalled.

What we've built for Financial services

Loan-Pack Checker on a wide screen: a dark sidebar with Pack queue, Pack view, Rule library, Exceptions report and Audit trail; the top bar names the fictional NBFC, Godavari Demo Finance Limited, with a Synthetic data badge and the signed-in credit operations executive, Sravani Kondapalli. The Pack queue for Wednesday 14 October 2026 says 40 of 40 packs received today have been read: 11 on hold, 1 for operations review, 28 clear. Tabs for all lanes, Hold, Operations review, Clear and Waiting sit above a table of packs: pack ID and borrower, product and source, amount in rupees, the lane, the mismatches named as problems such as No grievance officer, Page unreadable, PAN differs and Rate differs, the time received and the decision. Held packs come first.Real screen

LSP Evidence Locker on a wide screen: a dark sidebar with Partners, Obligation matrix, Open items (2), Evidence (1), Obligation list, Audit packs and Audit log; the top bar names the fictional NBFC, Godavari Demo Finance Limited, with a Synthetic data badge and the signed-in compliance analyst, Harini Muppala. The Partners page says its figures are counted under obligation list version 2 of 2 April 2026, with period tabs for the last 12 months, July to September, September and October to date. Four figures: required evidence present 99.6% (3,736 of 3,751 items, all partners), 8 partners, 1 open gap and 1 file changed after receipt, originals preserved. Below, a table of the lending service providers, each with what it does for the lender, obligations with all their evidence, required evidence present as a percentage and a count, the last evidence received and open gaps; Deccan Demo Lending Services (LoanMitra Demo) shows 1 open gap and Hussainsagar Demo Collections 1 file changed.Real screen

What else is possible

We haven't built these, but we would, for the right firm:

  • Client review packs for mutual-fund distributors, in Telugu or English, with every number computed from the portfolio and never written by a model.
  • A grievance tracker that shows each complaint's clock against your response deadlines.

Where we'd tell you not to use AI

Approving loans. RBI's FREE-AI framework keeps the final say with people, and so do we.

The rules you work under

RBI's Digital Lending Directions 2025 have applied since May 2025. RBI's FREE-AI framework (August 2025) sets out expectations for AI in regulated entities, and RBI has signalled it may turn them into directions. CERT-In requires incidents to be reported within six hours. The DPDP Act's full obligations apply from 13 May 2027. If you serve EU financial clients, DORA sets the contract terms for technology providers.
