Parent consent you can prove, and deletion you can show.
If your students are under 18, India's DPDP Act asks for verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before you process their data, and it bars tracking and targeted advertising aimed at children. Most institutes hold that data in five tools that don't talk to each other. We build the consent record, and the deletion that reaches all five.
Book a 15-minute callWhere the hours go
- Consent collected on paper forms nobody can find when a parent asks.
- A deletion request that clears the LMS and leaves the student on the marketing list.
- Counsellors answering the same fee and batch questions all day, in three languages.
What we've built for Education
Guardian Consent Desk
EducationRecords a parent's consent for each use of a student's data, and when consent is withdrawn, deletes the student from every connected system and issues a signed certificate.

If one of these would help you, tell us and it moves up the queue.
- Admissions CounsellorAnswers parents' questions about courses, fees and batches in Telugu, Hindi or English, from your own documents, and hands the conversation to a counsellor when it should. In progressAsk for a preview: Admissions Counsellor
What else is possible
We haven't built these, but we would, for the right firm:
- Practice tests that check whether a student can reason through a new problem as well as recall the one they practised.
Where we'd tell you not to use AI
Anything that profiles a child for marketing. We won't build it.
The rules you work under
The DPDP Act 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025 require verifiable consent from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18 and prohibit tracking and behavioural advertising directed at children, with full obligations from 13 May 2027.
