Written now, while nobody is upset. A refund policy composed during an argument is a policy written by whoever is angriest.

The audit and the readiness check
If we can’t start within the window we agreed, you get a full refund. After kickoff, you are refunded for any part we haven’t delivered.
The pilot
A pilot is paid in stages, each tied to a milestone in the statement of work. Any milestone we haven’t started is refundable.
Enablement
Cancel up to 7 days before the first session and you get a full refund.
Run and improve
Cancel with 30 days’ notice. A month that has already started isn’t refunded.
If we cancel
If we withdraw from an engagement for any reason of our own — capacity, illness, or a conflict we should have spotted earlier — you get a full refund of anything not yet delivered, you keep everything that has been, and we will help you brief whoever picks it up.
How to ask
Email hello@stafflo.ai with the engagement name and what went wrong. Refunds are returned by the route the payment arrived on, within fourteen days of agreeing the amount.
